These terms are between you and PaintedApp, LLC, reachable at support@painted.app.

What The Desk is

The Desk costs $49 a month, billed by Stripe. For each dispute and refund on your connected Stripe account it builds one case: the bank's deadline, the print lab's record, a cancel at the lab when the order has not shipped, and an evidence draft you can edit and send.

What it does not do

refundline does not decide disputes; the card issuer does. It does not issue refunds. It sends evidence to Stripe only when you press the button on a case, and never while a blank remains in the draft.

Your part

You keep your Stripe and lab accounts in good standing and check each draft before sending it. You are responsible for what you send to the bank.

Cancels at the lab

When a dispute opens or a full refund goes out on an order your lab has not shipped, refundline asks Printful or Prodigi to cancel it, once, and records the answer on the case. It never cancels a shipped order, an order under a partial refund, or an order the lab says it cannot stop. When the lab refuses, the case says so and the order is yours to stop by hand.

Your keys

The Desk reads your Stripe account and your lab account with keys you supply as environment settings. We never print them, never store them in a case, and never send them anywhere but Stripe and the lab that issued them. Revoking a key stops the desk reading that account at once.

Changes to these terms

When these terms change, the date at the top changes with them, and a change that costs you anything takes effect at your next billing month, never the current one.

Cancelling

Cancel at any time from the Stripe receipt or by writing to support@painted.app. The Desk stops at the end of the month you paid for. No month is charged for a period an outage on our side kept the desk from working.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim. These terms are governed by the laws of Oregon, USA.
